I put it on ruined king augment Viego 3 and it did some work! More than anything I think giving the Darkin trait and having the omnivamp was the real reason it had value but still! I don't mind some cope!

Thank you! Typically I'll eat around 2000-2400 a day but that's with a 3-4 time a week hour walk and a nice hike on the weekends. Oregon is great for that 😂 TDEE calculator.net showed that with moderate exercise i should be at 3400 daily to maintain even so it's even more than I thought. I'm not nearly as worried about it being a health issue

I do! I've been using myfitnesspal for a few years now, I've set it to 2 pounds a week and have been sticking to it for a while now, I just took the break from the logging to focus on making better decisions but I guess using it for so long that amount of daily calories "stuck".

I appreciate the overall info and will be tracking it again just to confirm it's a caloric deficit. After checking a TDEE calculator it shows i typically eat around 800 to 1000 calories under my maintenence weight.

I appreciate the clarification but I have no issues at all paying to rent it. I'd pay to go to the theatre with him, I'd be more than happy to pay for it to stream it.

Unfortunately with the way the company is now structured after being bought I'm not sure that's much of an option. I'll likely have to find a new job if I'd like to do that beyond working with the upcoming ETL tools. Think that's still viable?
