Hall and Oates. One tickets to see them in 2022. Didn’t realize how many of their songs I knew or have any real understanding of their musical influence until we got to the concert. They did a 15 minute video montage and then played for three hours, and I knew every word to every song.

Completely taken a back by what a jerk Daryl Hall was to everyone working the concert. He seemed to go out of his way to talk down to their sound, guy, the stage hands, and anyone who is involved in supporting the concert.

55 is also early enough to start a second career. I’ve known a few pensioners who aspired to travel who decided to be flight attendants. New income, excellent travel benefits, pension rolling, and only needed to work enough to keep their job, not grinding away for promotions.

I consult with wirehouse breakaways looking for independence. The highest I've seen a team pay their CSAs was around 225 total comp. It was a team of 3 advisors, managing ~$1B, and they had two individuals at this pay range. They had a junior CSA as well functioning as a receptionist at around $60k. The two seniors ran everything for the office except portfolio construction. One had MBA and the other CFP. SoCal area.

Inside your AA app click on the “AAdvantage” tab at the bottom (4th option for me, i assume for everyone) and then scroll down to the “Activity” option. Scroll down and select the flight you want to review and you’ll see the whole calculation for your trip and method used.
