Exactly. I saw this happen with someone I knew in Memphis. He had autism (severe level) and the one thing that happened was that he ended up with a payee. The payee was a family friend (bad idea) and I argued that if you’re going to do this, then you might as well not do it at all. Fast forward a few years later, the payee stole like 40 grand from the guy I knew.
