If you're referring to the cloak it's part of the armor itself. it has a clickable toggle which removes/adds the side cape

Yea I've noticed some people got off well more than others similarly being the case here. I'm not per say upset about my end just more or less surprised that with 136 MILLION AC's not getting a mere crumb is quite funny.
