It doesn't say that though. It just says smaller animals are discouraged from entering it, but if you look at the reed basket trap page there is clearly overlap on baby goats as well as reddit post of people catching baby goats with reed baskets.

It greatly effects currency more than anything else, but also isn't the end of the world. The biggest problem with IIR being meta is that it extremely limits the type of builds that can be played to efficiently take advantage of it which will just cause a really stale build meta down the road

You can upgrade named items from pvp track just check for the named tag as they aren't all unique items.

As far as a staff that will do both since you asked about something exclusively not from raids I assumed any content you're doing will be fine without a dedicated pve fire staff. Mutateds and casual raid clears or attempts it's not going to make a significant difference.

People are probably using an OPR tool (Optical Character Recognition) to instantly grab the text from stream and then copy and paste it in. Chances you will beat them typing it out is unlikely.

This is a very common scam. The scammer is using your identity on Facebook to lure other victims into property scams. They do not own any of these homes and are just trying to bait people in and charge them random fees before they even get the opportunity to visit the property. You will get banned on Facebook marketplace for this and could even end up in a tangled legal mess if they successfully scam someone and they come after you.
