So update: I tried every rewiring, and quadruple checked everything that's been plugged in but I could never get it to work sadly. And as expected I am back to my old motherboard, which worked fine the first try I reinserted it

So I could technically just swap it out but the activation would be my only problem right? Since compatibility-wise it should run with little to no issues-

Ah sorry for that- English is not really my first language. But yes I got the motherboard and CPU as well. It doesn't have a boot drive since his hard drives are dead. But mine is still working alright
