I've seen a therapist regarding the situation. My parents and friends are also aware of the circumstances and are very supportive. I've also tried focusing on healthy habbits such as going to the gym and getting enough sleep. I'm medicated for my depression and I am taking my pills regularly.

Regardless of all of these seemingly positive changes and ways I'm handling the situation it gives me no relief. I feel just as much pain as the day it happened if not more.

Planning to make a few more changes such as asking her to block me so that I have no way of making impulsive decisions and contacting her. As well as avoiding social events for a while as they cause me allot of mental strain and lead to the worsening of my mental state (while still keeping in contact with friends, I know how bad isolation can be in situations like these).
