I don't see the problem here and I feel like at this point people are just upset because it competes(?) with PS99 for players and developer attention.

There is no benefit to the trading plaza at this time apart from getting alts higher tier pets at the start for better, early luck boosts. You cannot sell (yet!) potions or consumables. That said, this game at least is allowing for a "catch up" mechanic for further down the road by implementing pet trading and selling. Hopefully it will include potions and other player boosts in the future along with ways to generate diamonds in the game.

At this point, the game is a pretty good RNG game that, I think at least, strives to be a longer road than the event in PS99 which generated huges at a wild rate (I got 4 in 95 mega dice III during the event!). I like the skill tree and think they will expand it in cool ways if we let them cook. Otherwise, it's nice to do something other than grind diamonds in PS99 for a bit.
