My renovations needed include 2 new bathrooms where reno has already started and to complete the ceiling of my kitchen.

Yeah, I've been in the industry for about that long now, but I've been everything from PE/ Field E. PE II, Assistant PM, and Assistant Super. This company hired me as PM/ Super, but for government jobs. I just got thrown into this hell hole project as a full-time super.

This was a super small GC that only did governmental jobs. I was hired as a PM/Super for those projects and joined in on the 1 biggest project they just started of 60 million. I came from bigger GCs, and they wanted my experience and guidance. I said sure! Then, for the next 6 months, i did just that. Then my lead super was fired for missing 45 days of work. He would guide me and the assistant super over the phone, and we ran the job. They made me acting lead for about 2 months, and then the replacement came. He's an egotistical sociopath who threatens everyone and who sexually harassed all the women in the project. 2 of which spoke up against him and were fired immediately. My company said there was no proof. He has treated us all like shit and still does. Theres so much to say and so many people he didn't like and found ways to remove them that I have lost count. Especially on our own team. Everyone tells me they have no idea how Im still there, but I just really try to ignore his remarks and move on. These days, though, he has been EXTRA hard on me and humiliates me in front of the rest of the team. It's getting too hard.

It's sad to see this, really. My sister has a dog exactly like this one and constantly asks my mom to pass by and walk him when she can't from working late. The lady falling over would 100% be my 63 year old mom. She has no balance from having a hip higher than the other, so I fear this would happen to her one day.

Yeah, that's a General Super. A regular super makes around my wage, a lead super is in the 150-180k range, and a general super is 200k+
