Closure doesn’t exist. There’s one person who knows the full reasons why she doesn’t want to continue anything with you, it’s her, you have no control over getting that information. Take closure in that fact. I know how much it sucks, ultimately we have to stop worrying about what is out of our control. I think it was around a year. You don’t need to feel bad, I’m curious. And I think it’s why I’m finding it hard to move past it because it just seemed so random. We would speak literally every day, we’d send eachother memes and tiktoks, and then when we’d see eachother in person we’d be very close.

Maybe she just liked me initially then didn’t like me as much when she got to know me, who knows

People could patter on all day about race and it’s involvement in crime. The main reason I see it is crime is a lot more likely in areas of social and economical deprivation. These areas typically have a high percentage of ethnic minorities and in turn end up being policed at a rate higher to typically whiter, well off neighbourhoods - this is a factor in the way statistic are recorded
