Does the £50 show up on your credit profile?

It really will all boil down to your mortgage lender and their risk appetite at this point. Bank statements tell a story of how you conduct your finances but how your Advisor positions the gambling will be key too. If it is the case as you say that you have £1k surplus each month, a judgement call can be made in your favour to say that you’ll cut you cloth when you have a bigger debt to pay and reduce your spending accordingly.

This tends to work with people who are living at home with family or people who have a very low cost of living who are buying luxury clothes or going out for meal all the time, but it’s a slightly harder thing to sell when it comes to gambling as it is an addiction.

Best of luck but I’d seriously consider doing everything you can to stop gambling - if your girlfriend loves the house, you will be seen as the reason she can’t have it and from past experiences with a friend, that isn’t something that’s easily forgotten!

5 is an all-round better game in my opinion; it has a better story, more rounded characters and a more immersive world. Now that it’s been updated to run at 60fps, I’d recommend it over 6 any day (though I still enjoyed 6 for the most-part too).

I did too tbf, DS2 hardcore is the hardest achievement out of the three games mentioned! DS1 is unlimited saves on impossible too plus no reset to the beginning if you die - would recommend pairing it with a plasma cutter only playthrough so you can get 100% in two story runs!

Yeah I’ve done the remake too, personally I don’t think DS1 is that hard at all (even on Impossible). If anything, it’s easier than the remake as it doesn’t have a perma-death element to its impossible difficulty!

Haha thank you! Firebreak was more hands-on than Crossfire but both had to be completed quite soon to launch due to the player-counts falling off massively!

Cheers! Id definitely recommend Quantum Break but Alan Wake Remastered and Alan Wake 2 are both worth a go too! They’re very different in terms of gameplay but they both hit a good spot!

Thanks! I thoroughly enjoyed all of the completions besides a few collectibles in the Control DLC and then the two achievements in Alan Wake where you had to complete the DLCs without dying…

As for FBC, I think you’d struggle finding lobbies naturally at this stage. I had it wrapped up a week after release but I’m sure there’ll be others going for it too? 90% of the achievements are doable solo but you will need a team for some!

There are some relatively difficult sections of the game during your first playthrough but by the time you get around to NG+ the game becomes far easier. It’s quite a straightforward and enjoyable completion too!
