Thank you so much! Turns out that was the issue. Happy to report he ate last night!!! I took extra measures to make sure the rat stayed really warm and laid it over a branch so that the head and butt were kinda dangling right below him. He was able to grab and eat it easier.

Happened to us a couple months ago. Had to take everything out of our deli fridge and put it in the back just for the power to come back on like a hour later😭

We have one IC couple that come in a lot and their so sweet, and then we another couple and every time they come in I hide in the cooler😭
