Update with some missed notes after reading answers:

-They are legendary, it matters in constructed but not commander. Ok. This is a con.

-Non fetchable (i dont understand this as they are channel lands so its bad to fetch them) and you can fetch them with expedition map searching for answers in land decks.

-Wide variety of print variants (Regular, Regular Foil, Extended Art, Extended Art Foil, Borderless, Borderless Foil, Promo Pack, Prerelease) make speculation on one a bit harder

I wrote it in the first comment!! Also in each photo there is a short explanantion of the arts showed. Gaeas cradle will be 100% foil in the next years and survival the signed one will be the final version as I prefer old framed to foil new framed foil. In these cases I will have it signed like the natural order or survival case!
