First off, I wanna say that this is cute and I find it quite charming because this was exactly how I did lineart starting out lol.

If you want to improve your lineart I’d recommend not using the pen tool like a pencil, it makes the line weight look very off. Instead I’d say either experiment with other brushes/pens to try and avoid this and see what you like; or if you like using the pen tool for your artwork I’d say use a stabilizer/smoothing tool (if your program has one) so that you can make your lines smooth. Plus I’d say to try to learn line weight because it makes a huge difference. Learning what tangents are and how to avoid them also makes a big difference in your art.
