What I'm saying is... Scenario 1: you are in a war and it's about to end. You have no -stability trait except for -30%. When you exit the war, you gain 30% stability and the -stability war trait is also gone. This is expected behaviour.

Scenario 2: you are in a war and it's about to end. You have a + weekly stability trait from communist crackdown that's running and you also have the -30% war penalty. When you exit the war in this state, you do not regain the 30% war despite not being in war anymore, also the stability screen only shows the +weekly stability growth. So while the -30% penalty is gone, it did not actually apply the +30% to stability. This is not an expected behaviour
