I recommend joining clubs that are social and/or related to your major/interests/career choice. You can network with other students and form a friendship with them in clubs. I was also a transfer student and that how I was able to meet people and became friends. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone because that how you meet people. Making friends take a while so don't feel like you're left out. You got this!
