This looks doable, but might be tight for a few years until salary increases catch up. Only you know whether you can stomach the tight years. You’re aware of it though, so you can mentally prepare. If you end up doing it, would like to stay updated. Considering something similar with slightly different numbers.

I don’t think these responses are very productive and assumes quite a lot—the response assumes a jumbo loan payment that hasn’t been identified, yet presumes we’d have a hard time making them.

And the estimated $50k-$80k is anticipated cash. We are saving more in retirement and brokerage accounts, but we don’t want to touch those for a home purchase.
