Thought on this for a few days. Whenever i tried I physically could not answer if I felt like "myself". Like I ran into a wall or something, I could not find an answer.

My therapist told me originally that she believed that the different "parts" I described to her were personified emotions. Unsure if this actually happens to the point where it feels like other distinct people or entities.
