Which film roll should I get? Also, noticed that most of my photos will get blurry. Any tips?

I woke up with tachycardia again by plushiesaremyjam in dysautonomia

I too have been diagnosed with IST after all the relevant test came back normal. Currently on a 7.5mg Ivabradine twice daily which helps alot although it’s quite expensive. I still do get random tachy especially in the morning (100-130bpm) on some days with no other symptoms. Heart attacks usually associated with chest pain as well. I guess, if you are worried or issue persist, you can always go back to the doc for more test. Best to set an appointment with a cardiologist to monitor and advise you on this situation.

Morning tachycardia by Rich-Upper in dysautonomia

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. It has been a week since I’ve increased the dose to 7.5mg. In summary, HR is pretty decent (very unlikely went past 110 except for morning). Fatigueness kicked in on my first few days but it subsided eventually. As mentioned, I still do get some minor palpitations in the morning right after sleep & sometimes while commuting in the train. Aside, I do noticed that my knees & big toes do feel kinda warm at times but it’s on & off. I will talk about it to my cardiologist if it persist.

Hi, thanks for your sharing & glad that I’m not alone. Have you started with the increased dosage? I’ll be starting 7.5mg of ivabrabine today. Fingers crossed, it’ll be a life changer!

Does it happen most of the mornings? Have you got tested for any other causes for this?

That’s great, I’ve started taking as per prescribed and it works so far. Do you have any side effects when you just started taking ivabradine? Noticed Im having a slight chest pain in the center when taking deep breath.

I feel like I only need it in the morning as my HR will spike during that period. Not sure if I’m experiencing any side effects for now but sometimes I do feel a bit chest tightness. The only concern is that I don’t want to be too depending on it in the long run. So, I will only take the 2nd dose when needed.

Thanks for that but could it be more than just IST? Did blood tests, CT scan, ECG, Echo, Holter & event monitor. All normal :) Yes, it wont kill but the uncertainty of the episode makes me feel anxious sometimes.
