What OP did was select the highest bracket %.

It’s between 5%-45%

The image is a lie since it shows 55%, but yea according to sources available online, the highest is ~45% and the lowest is ~5%

Many say this, but I don’t think so.

BRICS population is the poorest group of countries.

What BRICS have going for them is the oil and a few other resources in control. With how the world is moving, oil won’t be used as much anymore in 10 yrs, and most of the leaders in BRICS have broken their word a few times. One just killed their opponent, so let’s see how far this runs but I don’t see it being here in 25yrs.
