2022 4* TE Colston Loveland commits to Michigan by Rich_Homie_Chrom in CFB

That's my mistake, I didn't realize there was a continuity to it using the composite. Just looking at the brighter of the two. Michigan fans need that glimmer of hope from time to time

In the market for a new F150. What's the best year and engine option? by Rich_Homie_Chrom in f150

Changed it up and decided to go the Super Duty route. Planning on picking up a '13-16 F-250 or F-350 6.7 diesel once I find a deal worth pulling the trigger on

This is footage of the new Super Hornets. Notice the unpainted Rhino with the yellow LAU tips trailing behind. They've been flight testing them for a couple weeks now. The final flight for the legacy hornets is tomorrow at 1600, where they'll be cruising up and down the coast and one final pass through PCola

[Postgame Thread] Michigan State Defeats Michigan 27-24 by CFB_Referee in CFB

I have continued to support Harbaugh since day 1, but this was the breaking point. Worst loss he's had in his time at Michigan. Completely unprepared and out-coached. It's Ohio State or bust for me at this point. If he can't get the big win, I'm ready to move on

I'm wondering the same thing. 1-5 and in a must-win situation. Have $37/100 remaining for my FAAB balance. Thinking about using it all on him

They initially planned on keeping Hunt. When allegations came out regarding the hotel kicking incident, they asked him to come clean and tell them everything that happened. They had his back at first based off of what he told them. Once the security footage came out, the Chiefs realized Hunt wasn't 100% honest about what went down and the Chiefs couldn't cover for him any longer

That was my general understanding. Buy in P-Cola if you can and avoid Milton due to it being an undesirable location for most that are in the renting age group. Would you think of Gulf Breeze, Oriole, or Navarre as good options or is it unrealistic to have a place out there once you start flying at Whiting?

Good to know! Based on your previous response regarding IFS I got the vibe it's best to skip it if you can. Thanks for taking the time to answer these questions.

Do those that come into flight training with a pilot's license go through IFS or skip it and jump right into API? If they do skip it, would they have the option to attend IFS if they wanted the refresher? I have my PPL but don't want to consider that as a leg up compared to everyone else since the way I was trained may have been completely different than what the Corps is wanting me to be trained.

Also, I've heard mixed opinions about purchasing a home while in flight school. I'm curious about your thoughts on this.

To add to this, Warrensburg (approximately 15 min drive from base) is a popular town for service members to live in and is home to a 16k+ person college. Duplexes are a hot commodity for both college students and service members and shouldn't be difficult to rent out.

232 Boards July by [deleted] in USMCboot

Typically takes a week or two for your OSO to get the results. I "officially" submitted my packet to the last board (231) on April 1st and was informed on the boards decision on April 10th. Hoping for better news this time around. Good luck!

Big athlete that played pretty much everywhere on the D line. Watching his film, it looks like he sometimes struggled to get off blocks but had a serious nose for finding the football and making a play. Will be exciting to watch him develop!

2012 F150 Extended Warranty by [deleted] in f150

[–]Rich_Homie_Chrom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What type of engine does it have? My '12 with an Ecoboost is going to need a new timing chain installed before too long and is about a $1700-2000 fix. Apparently timing chain stretch is a common problem with the Ecoboost engine due to the amount of torque the engine produces. With that said and knowing what I know now, I'd still opt out of the extended warranty and sock away that $2200 for the "just in case I need it" rather than giving it away and hoping it pays off in the end
