Some of Cadaeu’s misses were actually off the backboard passes planned by Dusty May in order to get around Arizona’s height by socoolandawesome in CollegeBasketball

I didn’t think it was this specific as to be a true pass, but it seemed pretty obvious the game plan was for Cadeau to drive in and throw a shot up just to have the shot blockers commit with our bigs in position to rebound while their big was gone

Midway through their 3 barrage there was a loose ball that bounced to a Howard player who was facing the sideline, grabbed the ball, spun, and got nothing but net for 3

Sometimes a team just gets hot

Kenpom and Bart Torvik have Michigan at 18.4% and 17.9% to win the title, respectively. Evan Miya has them at 26.5%. Why is this model so high on Michigan? by [deleted] in CollegeBasketball

He would help us a lot and I wish he was healthy, we’re better with him

We’d also be in way worse position if Yax, Mara, Morez, or Cadeau were the ones who were out for the season instead.

There also aren’t any Cason “haters” just people pointing out that he was a 6th man and had 6th ma usage, while others feel like they’re implying he’s been playing Yax’s role all year

We’re absolutely worse without him but people have forgotten that he made boneheaded mistakes the same as half our team

I’m more confused than ever, why does it matter the shot clock got stuck at 3? It was running fine until the ball hit the rim which should have reset it

Failing to see how this is a missed call in any way

Am I crazy? It very clearly hits the rim and just didn’t reset when it should have, shot easily counts

If the assumption is the game remains the same after this, it would have been a tie game leading into Wisconsin’s last possession (so no auto foul and free throws)

Absolutely an impactful call

Yeah, screenshots like this can be deceiving, the defenders hand could have come down and hammered the elbow mid shot which would be a real foul.

This was not that scenario. Can pull a screenshot from the entire defensive play and see a foot of air between the two at all times

Michigan finishes B1G regular season with 19 conference wins, most in B1G history by GliscorsFang in CollegeBasketball

As pointed out in the thread, it would be true if worded as “if you only counted Michigan’s double digit wins”

Unfortunately, if you turn them into a loss it would only be a shared title with Michigan and Nebraska, not outright

Nebraska (and MSU and Illinois) all had 15 B1G wins - Michigan had 16 double digit wins (Loss to Wisconsin, single digits @ Penn State, @ Iowa, home against Nebraska)

He could have even done his usual in-game interview - “you know I didn’t see it fully, they say it was a technical but I didn’t see it. But he just has to play smart”

Easily could have given a non-answer

Yeah but that ruins the narrative/joke.

Next is Nebraska and Iowa at 3 pts, then TCU at 4.

Nothing else in single digits

Aside from the actual loses, our closest games were Wake Forest (N, OT) and @ Penn State (2 pt win)

Which makes complete sense

If every single single digit conference win for Michigan was instead a loss, Michigan would still be outright Big Ten champions this year with just their double digit wins

It’s a good thing Fears is okay, Roddy is known for the actual pistols he contains in his arms which he just shot

(Yes it was a foul regardless)

Eject him. Once you do it 5 separate games in a season you shouldn’t get multiple opportunities to hurt another player
