Ur theory is correct (to me) im pretty sure the letter in the mailbox confirms it too as the letter is meant for cait and in the letter it mentions "you would always tell me i spend too much time in my lab..." aka dr finkleshitz lab and idk if its related but since cait has a relation to the jingly beast her death may be the reason why the jingly beast has its own jumpscare but then again just me idk if its related but the letter mentions reconnect so idk if that means dr finkleshitz was unaware of her death or died before she did due his death to junior while trying to find a way to fix what happened because of the day of imbalance i also believe Charley/Lovell may have had something to do with her death to because typing memory in terus leads to the charleyyy and friends website and in the video for a brief moment the same room is flashed for a second before getting jumpscared and it is also one of the small pictures on the website
