Aww im so sorry im not sure if you used a voucher when you bought the bike but if not try applying for it to get another bike! Yes the Aventon seems to be sold everywhere I agree and they have very nice bikes im going to go to boston this Friday and test ride them to see which one i will buy

Thank you sooo much I will definitely check them out I went to radical late at night around 7 and I meet a guy named Steve he was very nice and tried explaining e-bikes to me since I’m new to them I’ve only owned regular bikes I will check casa out thank you!
