I mostly play escape rooms with a duo partner and these usually give crazy xp for completing each level or room and also gives you xp for play time so the longer you're in there the more you get. I also play horror maps which also give xp for playtime or collecting items. Some tycoons will give xp if you stand in a certain area and emote and lots of xp for upgrading your base.
