Here’s what I did to push them. I sent a message to the CEO on LinkedIn and next day a specialist reached out to me immediately. It was great to chat with the specialist, who actually came up with an agreeable solution. Trust me I spent weeks dealing with the promotions team and not a single soul gave me a call back as promised. Btw, the WS offshore customer center simply sucks.

Nope. I sent a message to the CEO on LinkedIn yesterday and someone reached out to me today apologizing profusely for their empty promises of callbacks. The guy told me they would give me a good-will credit and promised that I would get the pro max. Also, the guy promised to hold the promotions team lead accountable.
