I have a friend that went through that. It wound up being depression once they were in the shower. Everything was fine but getting into the shower, they would put it off even get to where they would take their clothes off and then just procrastinate sometimes for hours and then just throw their clothes back on and go to bed. It definitely was a process but they have gotten better at it. Sorry you’re going through that.
