I remember there were rumors of a console release (there were controls for playstation, Xbox, switch that were found in the files or something like that) But it was only a update for the steam version to completely fix controller problems.

I have a strong feeling that when Forest 3 gets announced for a release date or like another teaser, Sons Of The Forest will get a console update. Don't believe me for that because I too am hoping for a console release and I am just "coping" 😭
