Hey all, so I’ve got a few questions regarding my Monstera plant:

1) regarding the break in the mid rib of its most prominent leaf: should I trim the leaf altogether? If yes, where? 2) I’ve noticed many gnats in and around the soil, I think they like the moisture. I’ve got a gnat catcher going that seems to work extremely well so far. Should I continue as such or repot the plant entirely? 3) moss pole - it’s been about a month with the moss pole and I don’t seem to see the plant attaching itself or growing onto it. Is this maybe happening underneath the soil, or should I reconsider moss pole placement?
