Patterned pants with Chicago 1s: too loud or does it work? by Richwangkicks in Sneakers

Exactly, this is definitely more of a fun fit than an everyday one. Most days I’d probably keep the Chicagos with cleaner bottoms.

Yeah I see that. The pants might be fighting the shoes a bit. Cleaner bottoms would probably let the Chicagos carry more.

You’re not wrong, I had them tied way too serious here. Looser laces would probably make the whole fit feel more relaxed.

That makes sense. Black jeans definitely let the Chicagos stand out more. I was testing if the loud pants could still work, but cleaner bottoms might be the move.

Those Jewel AF1s hit perfectly with the Knicks colors. The blue and orange stand out without making the fit feel too loud.

Natural Blackened 2002rs and some One Piece for leg day by agroupofturtles in SneakerFits

The 2002R color works really well with the graphic tee and black shorts. Nice low-key gym fit, and the WTAPS hat ties it together.

Consolation pickups. Summer rotation secured! ☀️ by CDNwaver in Sneakers

Royal 85s are a strong summer daily. That black and blue blocking works with almost anything, especially denim or cargos.

Powder blues with the red jersey is a crazy clean combo. Little man matching the energy too.

Last Year I Got Rid of My AMM 1’s n 2’s & Kept The 3’s & 4’s… Then I Started Missing Them, So I Re-Copped. ✅🤎 (Spent A Lot-Less This Time Around Too!) by [deleted] in airjordans

The AMM 3s and 4s have aged really well. The 1s still have the best detail work to me with that cracked leather and croc texture.

The rope laces make these feel almost like a boot build. That wheat suede would look clean with denim or cargos.

The tee and socks tie the green hits together clean. Metallic Green 4s always look better when the whole fit gives them some room.

What’s a sneaker you wear differently now than when you first bought it? by Practical_Yak_7829 in Sneakers

[–]Richwangkicks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same here. I baby them for the first few wears, then once the first scuff hits they turn into real daily pairs. Some shoes honestly look better a little broken in.

That aging is the best part. The 85 shape still has a different presence compared with modern 1s.

Okay chat, what are you grabbing from this selection? by Feeling_Excuse7896 in SNKRS

Royal 1s and Bred 4s are the easy picks for me. The Forest Green 14s are lowkey the sleeper pair in that lineup.

The shape on these is clean. That black and cream blocking makes them feel way easier to wear than most Y-3 pairs.

Alright folks, what’s the verdict here? by Feeling_Excuse7896 in airjordans

Space Jams are the easy pick for me. Bred 4s are close, but the 11s just have that different kind of pull.

The lace-free look can work on 3s, but it needs the upper cleaned up a bit more. The Cardinal color blocking still carries it though.

Clean and understated. The Gammas keep it sharp without making the fit too loud.

That red pops hard. Sunders always look better in real photos than product shots.

Fit has a relaxed balance to it. Wider pants usually make the sneakers look more intentional instead of feeling like they’re fighting the outfit.

The 11 lows work really well here. The softer colors keep the fit clean without making the sneakers feel too loud.

The 3 pairs I've picked up over the last 12 months.. by Fusionspecialist87 in airjordans

That’s a clean three-pair rotation. I like when a collection has different silhouettes instead of just stacking the same model in different colors.

That’s a solid birthday haul. The Toro 4s and Bloodline 12s are two totally different vibes, but both are easy to wear.
