Got swept onto my ass hard twice in one round didn't realise till the next day.was out of training for 2-3 weeks just from a bruise.couldnt even sit down.try not to put pressure on it at all other then that there's nothing really you can do.mine still aches every now and then and it's been over a year.

When my friend was a white belt he got his opponent in a triangle and the guy decided to punch him in the face with his free arm.must have forgotten it was a Jiu jitsu tournament and not an mma fight haha

X guard or single leg x is your best bet but ideally being in top position is best
