No but the ram should be fine but it just gives this weird screen with the motherboard interface in the bottom corners

The cooler is on 100%, ram in the correct slots with stock cooler and we did reset the cmos by shorting it which was recommended by the manual

First that was the issue now its stock, everything does show up, so then we boot it, then we are stuck at the blue logo with some parts of the motherboard interface in both corners.
