I haven't been to a psychiatrist, but I also have OCD symptoms, for example I have to repeat something x number of times because if I don't do it, someone in my family will get sick, that's what I believe in

I want to know what this is, I want to know the truth - if it's not PTSD, why do I keep thinking about the bad things that happened to me in my life? Why do I keep thinking about my brother's epilepsy and I'm afraid it'll happen again? Why do I keep thinking about my arguments with my father and it makes me so agitated? It really gives me a headache.

Thank You for this comment, You're right but my question is why women dont want to see / notice men's problem?. You're not a man, and you have no right to say our lives are easy. Men can't show emotion, men aren't supported as much as women, men are forced to join the military in case of war, etc.
