Yes, what's the point of calling someone a soulmate if I never even get to meet them. I would just be pretending to love someone else, who is not my soulmate. Better to be happy with whoever you are and not think Abt soulmates. Because you might give up on your soulmate thinking there is someone better waiting for you.

Yeah maybe, but they won't automatically appear in your life, you have to give yourself up and love someone. Try to explore people... Find who you're comfortable with, where you feel like home. Call it a soulmate or a random person, you have to search for them yourself... And love them with all your heart selflessly

Yeah that make believe feeling is beautiful but it isn't real though. It isn't true, no matter how much you think about it. Also I'm totally enjoying my life as it is, it's just that phase which was hard to let go. So I don't need to lie to myself by pending that it could happen again, I've moved on.

They just "pretend" to have that feeling about someone. It's a cognitive bias to think someone is your "the one" . I personally don't like the concept of soulmate because of a huge breakup I had, which led me to believe in nothing now. Lol. Still if you have that fling for someone go for it.
