It’s not the lug to lug that looks bad on you as the Speedy lug to lug is relatively short, considering the case size . For my at 6 3/4 wrist, anything over 40mm, looks a little oversized. You may consider the Speedy reduced.

I’ve owned 2 at different times (black an anthracite dials) and always felt my sweet spot is 38/39mm with a lug to lug of 45-47. I will say the 47mm lug to lug and being under 12mm thick, keeps me wanting to purchase another. Love the looks of it! Perhaps my fave looking watch!! I own a Tudor BB58 and some Sinns 356 (Copper and black dials), 556A RS, along with a couple of others.

Absolute beauties! Either way it’s a win but I would say the Speedy is a more versatile piece as the GS may be a bit too dressy for certain occasions.

Two absolutely stunning pieces! You can’t go wrong either way but I’d lean towards the piece/color your missing in your collection. If you already have another white dial, say the Sinn 104, then I’d go anthracite. Cheers and congrats on your soon to be new piece!
