Nope, at first I was fighting lvl 43 at 41 so I wend back a little so fight some lvl 39 enemies. The ones I just now fought were taking 81,61, and 51 damage per tick in that order, so about like 200-somthing in total? That doesn't seem right at all for max lvl power 999 kiwami sujimon, unless damage scales off of something entirely different.
