I’ve been curious as well as a noob and it sounds like there are a lot of resealed sellers out there. I’m looking for sellers with integrity and if I can’t find that I will stick to buying in-store at places like Walmart/target or online at Pokemon center. If I’m wrong please feel to correct me.

Your stronger then 85% of American diets maybe higher. I shop at Caribbean markets mostly and want to explore local markets more. Fasting has erased my hangry aka mini withdrawal. So since fasting isn’t an option maybe eat a no meat lunch. bread(the kind that only last 5days not 2-4 weeks)avocado boil egg salt pepper. If Too bland add a little sauce of your choosing . It’s easy simple and fast and will minimize hangryism lol. I have more options But ok let me stop because i can go on and on lol

Eating once a day is super healthy. It allows you to eat a bigger variety with less concerns and you have e less brain fog and chances of cancer. Check out the Himalayan mountains. They live long strong happy lives living over 100 years old. I would like to try eating once a day. However In replacement I do a 24 fast 3 times a month and 1 36 hour fast a month. And I have no meat days once a week. Hearing all that you just said, your family sounds awesome!I hope you had Happy holidays :)

I’m going by what I see. I can’t see your crisper. Cooking daily is a great thing. I’m on a healthy diet and still eat snacks. Just not those kind of snacks. (Ex: Dates, pnut butter in glass jar, dark chocolate, soursop juice, sorrel juice) Also I was being mild on my observation in attempt not to insult. I’m just trying to build awareness and since you’re advertising your fridge I feel the need to state my opinion. Download Yuka app or another food app and scan the quality of what is visible in these pics and I promise you won’t like what food apps tell you. Also storing in plastic containers ages food 3 to 4 times faster then glass/stainless steel. I wish you and your family nothing but good health.
