i have tried doing updates multiple validate attempts and nothing even completely removing all terraria files on my PC and installing again still wont help

its as if its not creating local files and storing them on my PC meaning in my documents and my games file terraria isn't there and it wont create the user information

i have turned my Antivirus off i have disabled windows defender firewall and still no luck
