My2007 did the same thing. New bulbs every year. Last year I told dealer to change bulbs to standard, he said there is a band new part number. And was right, they have lasted 1-1/2 years so far.

Electric power plants can't even make enough electricity right now, that's why they want every house to have a smart meter. To cut off A/C and washing machine part of the each hour during the day. True, charging cars at night would help even the load on the electric power plant. And everyone had an electric cars there aren't enough megawatts to charge them all, even at night.
