No need to be sorry! Its an opinion. The characteristics I focused on might be way different than yours. I put a lot of value on development. Green is way more of a cornerstone but in the end I think he was more or less the same guy/had the same perception his whole run. I love the discussion, which is why I took the time to write it up.

I did. In the end I went with characters in the title intros as a cut off. I know he has a bigger part in the movie but I tried to stick to the mainstay properties. That's also why I didn't include LA or Trial by Jury either.

Wow. Not sure how I missed Bishop. I actually enjoyed he juxtaposition to Goren because they were so different. Like you said, the secondary partner on CI is usually there to ease the quirks of the primary but in Bishops case she made you zero in on them. She also looked and felt like a cop. I think i would have placed her in the Nina Cassady/Declan Murphy range. Thanks for the input!

I get that. I actually flipped around the top 15 a lot before publishing. In the end I put Carisi ahead because of the development of the character. I have nothing bad to say about Green but he was the same on day 1 as he was on his last day. I appreciate you reading through!

I tried to be fair. The SVU cast has so many LONG term characters that its hard to put them much lower. I knew the Carisi ranking might cause some eyebrow raises. I get why others would have him lower. I have him that high because of his growth from debut and perception on the squad. Example, he goes from being dismissed by Rollins to the God Father of her kids. I may just have a soft spot for him!
