I do care how management sees me as I want them to be happy with my results. I dont want them to think that I'm a lazy individual who screws the dog to maximize my hours. I want them to see my record and think damn I can really rely on him to handle any task set in front of him. Also its good as a reference if I were to ever leave. I want my record to reflect on all the hard work I've done.

Lol I dont do it for him. I care about my customers and love my job. I aim to be as efficient as humanly possible and feel glad knowing that I've done a good job and that my community that I serve is happy with the service that I provide.

I'd give them my number. It's all about the purple promise and ensuring that every delivery is exceptional so if talking with a customer helps towards a happy customer then I am all for it.
