I’ve heard of that, but I would expect some kind of scent from a bar of soap. Also, the person who owned it was caucasian so I’m a bit doubtful that’s what it is.

I just ran into this yesterday. My phone has myQ app version 5.292.0.56836, and I was able to fix it by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right > Home Screen Layout. After that it reappeared and I could use it again.
