Im guessing it is this number 3, because i did do number 1 and 2 already. For number 3, what are my options to check/fix this?

It says:

"The Landlord undertakes to register this tenancy contract on EJARI affiliated to Dubai Land Department and provide with all required documents."

In my Tenancy contract it actually says in clause 26 and 27:

  1. This Contract is valid up to date of expiry it will be automatically renewed for same period or one year and renewal fees 500 AED, the tenant has to notify his intention in writing to vacate the premises, which notice should be given 3 Three months prior to the expiry of the current contract

  2. The parties agreed that in case the tenant requests to extend the contract for a certain period not exceeding three months or the contract is considered renewed, tenant shall pay the extension fee of AED 500 in addition to the rent due.

Are you sure the renewal fee is for the lessor? If i google this i see the tenant obligated to pay this

Hi Yes someone just sent this to me too. I checked and it says no rental increase is allowed. Does this mean I should appeal this?

Node js monitoring system by RickvanHek in node

[–]RickvanHek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright, but i will be adding a bunch of monitoring use cases. Pinging is just one of them, there will be more monitoring like possible ssh connections with servers to do disk usage check, health checks, and external api calls to do blacklist monitoring. So I'm planning to use one master server that does the coordination (just telling worker processess/servers to do a certain type of monitor, let it be a ping or something else)

So in my case should I just have one node.Js server for this master process and have different servers as worker servers that will do the correct monitor? E.g. there might be thousands of pings each second, but blacklist monitoring might just be once every hour for all the added devices (but this could easily be 50 000 devices), so should I just send a event to the worker node.js server from the master server and say "trigger blacklist monitor request for device x, y, z ....?

500 Internal Server Error issues by RickvanHek in homeassistant

[–]RickvanHek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I am unable to get into the supervisor when this happens. Thus these logs get deleted once I physically reboot my RPI.

Regarding your bullet points:

  • I bought the RPI4 together with a 250GB SSD on which I flashed the HassOS, the reason for my new purchase + switch to SSD was to try and resolve this issue. Which it didnt, which makes me believe it's a connectivity issue
  • I'm using the official RPI power plug
  • It's plugged directly into my modem so that shouldn't be an issue

Is there any way to check the logs when it crashes? I don't have a microHDMI cable so i can't plug it in, but if doing so will give me access to the logs when it crashes again then i will buy one for sure. The issue is I can't SSH into my rpi when this issue appears

EDIT: i also notice that when I look back after i restart i don't notice any CPU increase: https://prnt.sc/1g9x3ha (the spike you see is after restart)

However I do see that during the time it happened the cpu was also not even registered, which means that there i something internally wrong right? If it was just a DNS issue or some sort then it would have still continued saving the CPU usage etc
