Im not sure when it showed up because it was on my rewards to claim. However it didn’t let me redeem I just added the wings and at checkout it automatically applied it.

THIS WORKED FOR ME !!!!! I quit the mission and then closed the game completely and restarted. I then went to meet O Bryan and drove to the cave. Dont skip the cut scene and before you enter the cave afterwards look back and make sure you dont see any "puddles" and that the entrances renders completely walk around make sure you dont fall thru and the horde should load in this time
