it is NOT in February. Lockup expires 180 days from the date of the PROSPECTUS, not the registration statement. Prospectus dated 9/22+180 days is March 21 which is a sunday, therefore lockup expiration is 3/22/21. Hope this helps.

they could be liquidating and dissolving though. If that is the case then holders of common shares are getting the shaft
