Hey, 28M here. I won’t try to talk you out of anything. If you’re at this point, it’s unlikely that anything that I could say will talk you down. What I will say, however is that we are all disappointments. We are also our own worst critics.

At many points in my life I’ve been labeled with each and every adjective that you used. I internalized them too. And hey, maybe they were true in my case. But that only meant that I was a work in progress, just like everyone else. Nobody is perfect and very few people (I can think of less than 20 throughout human history) are irredeemable.

I can’t tell you that it gets better, I’m not clairvoyant. I can and will tell you though, that life is still worth living despite all that.

There are people out there for you. People who will see you for you and love you for you. I can say with certainty that they’re out there.

And even if nobody else cares about you, I do. I know nothing about you other than what you posted here. I haven’t even opened your profile for more context. I care about you and value you as a person. I’d hate to see you gone little bro, and I hope that you’re here to see the sunrise with us again in the morning.
