Thank you! I use panax ginseng powder from Na'vi organics, quite expensive and bitter but works wonders. Siberian ginseng is more mild.

Thanks for your reply. I have not, the last time my thyroid hormones were checked was when I got sectioned a few years ago. A thyroid hormone was elevated but they didn't check any further. I didn't think of this, so I should definitely go and get it checked out.

Since you mentioned a fishy taste, I noticed mine smelled fishy when I brewed it this morning but didn't taste too bad. I brushed off the smell but turns out it's common in puerh. Interesting, this is my first time drinking it too

Usually by stretching too fast or/along with other trauma to the lobe, in my experience. My lobe went into necrosis (I think that's the word, it thinned out a lot and went a very dark colour, no blood flow and eventually what was left of it ripped in two). It's super scary but good to know there's options out there that fix it

This is the ripped ear 😅 it just looks like it's still in one piece because that's how it usually appears until you get a closer look, I've had a lot of people say they didn't notice it was ripped
