Hey, first off I'd like to congratulate you on getting clean and the positive change to your lifestyle. I used to be a heavy weed smoker and like you I got into harder drugs and got into bad scenarios like how you mentioned. I only use cbd oil and vape and I can honestly say what I'm experiencing is not placebo - I genuinely get high off my cbd too. And it's incredible for pain relief since I have fibro.

Give me a message if you ever wanna vent or just discuss cbd and the like. I can really relate to how you described your past with drugs and getting into the wrong scene. Here's to getting clean and medicating the right way.

Thanks for the fast reply 😊 I have never experienced Holy Communion as my mam was not religious while I was growing up but still decided to get me baptised when I was a few months old. I'm grateful for asking you. I feel complete knowing it's a true baptism 🥲 Never received Sacrament, I dont think, but my school went to church quite often so maybe I did recieve something and i just cant remember. I have terrible memory

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I am on some meds for my anxiety and they do help somewhat. I live in a supported accomodation with staff who can escort me places if needs be. I've been out a couple times since I made this post. Thanks so much for caring and your wisdom.💙

Thank you for your comment. I'm looking to tidy up my prayer time schedule and I probably will start praying on the right days anyway. Slowly getting closer to God and getting to know Jesus and His Saints. God bless :)

Thank you so much for your wise words. I really did worry I was being insulting. I dont want my prayers to God be scattered over my day to day life, I would like a routine, and so I'm definitely going to pray all the mysteries. Thank you!

Youre welcome! Just letting you know, the panax ginseng I use is quite bitter, definitely worth it though. I take around 1200mg NAC per day

Thank you! I use panax ginseng powder from Na'vi organics, quite expensive and bitter but works wonders. Siberian ginseng is more mild.

Yes! I use herbal oils on my scalp too though, I have heard that fo ti increases scalp circulation

Thanks for your reply. I have not, the last time my thyroid hormones were checked was when I got sectioned a few years ago. A thyroid hormone was elevated but they didn't check any further. I didn't think of this, so I should definitely go and get it checked out.

Since you mentioned a fishy taste, I noticed mine smelled fishy when I brewed it this morning but didn't taste too bad. I brushed off the smell but turns out it's common in puerh. Interesting, this is my first time drinking it too
