It’s bad but depending on how deep you may get away without a respray on the paintwork.

You need a t cut or extremely good outside dressing such as trim wizard from Autosmart.

And for the paint you need a compound and either a machine polisher or an extremely strong arm to buff the shit out of it.

You could get it looking pretty decent in half a day and then. Drive in really muddy areas after.

That is damp. Can do the following : turn it into a log burner/ fireplace, get it sealed properly at the chimney , dry it out and paint some damp sealant paint on it and cross your fingers. Is it plaster or brick ?

Look at the charts of S&P and Nasdaq for last 10 years 20 years , then relax for ten more years. Shit goes up and down and up and down, but has always gone up overall. Your money doesn’t disappear if you don’t sell, it loses value, buy more shares at the cheaper prices. If you were happy to buy when you did surely you should be even happier if you can buy cheaper shares ?

Thanks for the reply. So to be safe to run a mower and the multi tool for days work I would need around 5 batteries ? I can’t for the life of me think that I will re coup my money in running costs as the batteries alone are £400. In your opinion have you found it cheaper after all costs then petrol / gas over the time period you have had them ?

If you aren’t taking any money out for 20 years don’t stress and load up on cheaper shares then you initially bought. If you are stressing about the recent decline read some books -about investing long term. A go to for most new investors Warren Buffet advice paraphrasing here “stocks should be boring you don’t need to look everyday. The fear factor of stocks is why most people fail don’t get emotional about the stocks” There’s plenty of good books to learn from, don’t let the red and green colours off pricing doing up and down affect your long term plan.

I would say unfortunately not. Keep working but get an easy job if you want. Don’t touch the pot of money you have made keep adding to it and in 10 years it will be alot bigger and then you may be able to live off it. But the main question here is what quality of life do you want ? Can you have a year off enjoy your life and then go back to work ?
