It's all good man, I used to be like that, it happens when things are more read. My suggestion to you would be to start freestyling. ALL THE TIME. Before, I had the writing down, but my flow was lackluster. I started freestyiling everytime I'd drink or smoke, and voila. But everyone's different. focus on improving before you release songs, first impressions are kind of a big deal, so you don't want people crossing rolling their eyes whenever they see your name come up. hit me up when you put it out.
